Once you subscribe, you’ll get access to your private Trello board. Inside, you’ll find a short onboarding tutorial, a place to upload your brand materials or any relevant context about your product or project. From there, you can immediately start submitting design requests (no calls required).

All requests are submitted through your dedicated Trello board.Each card represents one design task, where you can add descriptions, references, files, Loom links, or examples.

You can submit unlimited requests. We work through them one at a time (or in parallel, depending on your plan).

Updates are typically delivered every 24–48 hours. Smaller tasks, such as simple graphics, are often completed within that timeframe. Depending on scope, complexity, and the number of revisions, larger projects can take weeks or even several months. But you'll always see progress and know what’s being worked on.

You can pause your module subscriptions at any time. Any unused time from your billing period is saved and continues when you resume. Your $300 membership keeps your seat, files, communication history, and Trello board intact. When you come back, there’s no re-onboarding or setup friction.

We primarily work with industry-standard tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and no-code/AI tools such as midjourney when appropriate. Final assets are always delivered in formats you can easily use, edit, or hand off to developers.

We don’t support complex hand-drawn illustrations or highly artistic custom artwork, cinematic 3D animation, videography, or photography (we edit, not produce). And no ... we can’t fix your churn or do your taxes (Although Blink said he would, if you formally consent to participate in his Twinkie Experiment).

First drafts are rarely perfectand that’s expected.You can request revisions until the design meets your expectations.f you’re unhappy with the experience overall, you can cancel within the feceive a full refund.

That’s perfectly fine. Many clients plan to use Cluma only for focused bursts like launches, redesigns, or backlog cleanup ... and are then, mysteriously and entirely coincidentally, persuaded to stay longer (possibly involving Mumble. We genuinely don’t know what he does when he vanishes).

If you realize within the first 7 days that our solution isn't right for you, you can cancel and receive a full refund.After that, because of the nature of on-demand design work, we don’t offer refunds once work has started. That said, if something feels off, we’ll always work with you to fix it.
